INVITATION TO BID BOUNDARY COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS EXHIBIT HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boundary County Fair Board of Boundary County, Idaho will be accepting bids for the replacement of the Exhibit Hall Roof at the Boundary County Fair Grounds located at 6567 Recreation Park Rd, Bonners Ferry, ID. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment to complete the removal and replacement of new metal roofing to the Exhibit Hall roof (not to include the roof over the Memorial Hall) according to the following scope: - Strip roof, this will include removing the metal roofing, cedar shingles and possibly the perlins. - Remove the chimney from the lower roof. - Replace any wood rot that might be exposed when roof is stripped down. - Install plywood, ice and water underlayment, and new drip edge - Install white metal roof panels to the upper and lower roofs. - Contractor will keep work area neat at the end of each work day and contained throughout the duration of the job. - Fair Board will provide a dumpster for removal of debris. - Job will need to be completed by June 30, 2019.
