Hi Folks, I'm here to share with you why I'm running for the District One Senate seat.

I love North Idaho and her people. I love the spirit of hard work and determination that reside within us. I have worked hard to ensure that North Idaho is represented well in Boise and throughout the state and that the concerns and needs of my fellow North Idahoans are addressed and resolved. If you choose to elect me as your Senator I can promise you that I will continue to be the dedicated effective leader as you have known me to be.

I strongly support the Second Amendment.  Shall not be infringed.

I am Pro Life

I believe in limited government

Keeping our Public Lands open to the Public and managing our natural resources responsibly and locally.

I support school choice and stronger Vocational training and Educational programs.

Reducing regulations and taxes to encourage business growth.

I have family roots in Idaho from the early 1800s.

I understand that we are a Representative Republic and that this ensures that the individual's rights are represented. I am also taking classes studying the Constitution so I have a through understanding of our founding principles and what I am taking the oath to uphold. My educational background is:

A.A. in Business

B.A. in Psychology

Peace Officers Standards of Training Degree

Corrections Officer Academy Certification

University of Idaho Non Profit leadership certification classes.

My current community service is:

Board of directors member Bonner County Farm Bureau Government Affairs Chairman

Legislative District One Republican Chairman for Boundary and Bonner County

Precinct Committeeman for Colburn Precinct

Member of Community Assistance League

Member of Sandpoint Kiwanis

Member of Bonner County Republican Women

Board of directors Sandpoint Community Resource Center.

All of these positions are volunteer and I thoroughly enjoy serving the people of our area it's my interest and passion. Please take a look at who I am and what I have done in our area because words without actions will not accomplish effective solutions for our problems.
