I recently was talking to my cousin on Facebook. She was doing her annual Christmas cookie baking and I asked her if she would like to share the recipe. This is what I receive from her and I am sharing it with you.
“I don’t know if you need a great butter cookie recipe but I’ve been making these for the past 40 years and everyone loves them.”
1 pound of butter
1 cup of sugar
4 cups of flour
Cream sweet/salted butter and sugar, add flour slowly until well blended.
Use old fashion cookie press. Sprinkles on top.
Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
