NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Boundary County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the main courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on a Conditional Use Application 18-084 by David Wood. This application deals with establishing a second residence on parcel # RP63N01E234811A and applies to Ordinance 9B18LOV1 and specifically to Section 15.10.5. Conditional Uses; Section 15.10.5.3. Multi-structure residential. The deadline for written comment and material is 12 PM Wednesday May 9, 2018 (one week and one day prior to the hearing date). NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby provided that a public hearing pursuant to I.C. 67-6512 and Bonners Ferry City Code has been set for the City of Bonners Ferry Planning and Zoning Commission for MAY 17, 2018 AT 5:30PM at Bonners Ferry City Hall to consider recommendations to the City Council for the following: File #V02-18-Side Yard Setback Variance: The applicant is seeking a 0-foot setback (10-foot variance) where a 10-foot setback from property line is required from the southern property boundary and a 8-foot side yard setback (2-foot variance) where a 10-foot setback is required along the northern property boundary in order to construct a single family dwelling on Lot 10, Block 28 of the plat of Eaton Subdivision, According to the Plat thereof, recorded with the County Recorder in Boundary County.
