SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION OF CITY OF BONNERS FERRY ORDINANCE NO. 571 Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-901A, the City of Bonners Ferry, Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of City of Bonners Ferry Ordinance No. 571, adopted on November 7, 2017. The full title of the ordinance is: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REPEALING AND REPLACING BONNERS FERRY CITY CODE TITLE THREE, CHAPTER FOUR PERTAINING TO PERMITTING FOR DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITATION AND SALES WITHIN THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. The ordinance repeals and replaces Bonners Ferry City Code Title Three, Chapter Four to update the regulations and permitting procedure for door to door solicitation within the City of Bonners Ferry. This ordinance is effective upon enactment and publication according to law.
