Disposition: Pleaded guilty. Found guilty on March 7, with fines $42.50, costs $157.50, and 3 days jail.

Tania J. Abbey, born 1978, charged with infraction exceeding maximum posted speed limit (Cited: 51 mph Posted: 35 mph) by BFPD on March 4.

Disposition: Pleaded guilty. Found guilty on March 10, with fines of $98.50, costs $56.50.
